I am currently available for postgraduate supervision for Stage 2 Health Psychology trainees. I deliver a robust blend of:

• Academic and clinical guidance in designing, implementing and evaluating health psychology interventions in real-world settings.
• All aspects of research from design through to completion, including research design, ethics, fieldwork, analysis (especially quantitative and statistical guidance) and writing up your work.
• Teaching support relating to the design, delivery and evaluation of small and large group sessions for a diverse range of learners.
• Clinical mentoring rooted in a rich understanding of behavioural determinants and behaviour change techniques.
• Support navigating all aspects of consultancy, including contracting and consultation approaches while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to influence service development and organisational change.
• Guidance developing professional practice relating to ethical decision making, reflective practice, and maintaining professional boundaries and standards in line with the BPS, and HCPC standards of conduct, performance and ethics.

I have proven supervisory experience successfully supporting PhD and professional doctorate students to completion. I provide a warm, supportive and nurturing supervisory style, creating a bespoke, safe and encouraging environment for trainees to develop their skills and confidence. I aim to foster excellence, helping supervisees achieve their potential whilst feeling supported every step of the way. I balance encouragement with constructive feedback enabling supervisees to grow professionally.

I value open communication and collaboration, ensuring supervisees feel heard and supported as they progress through their Stage 2 Health Psychology training. With a grounding in academic research, and an emphasis on ethical practice, my goal is to create a positive and empowering supervisory relationship where success can flourish and supervisees feel equipped to achieve their professional aspirations.

My supervision is provided within my professional boundaries and areas of expertise, and in accordance with both the BPS, and HCPC standards of conduct, performance and ethics, ensuring safe, ethical and high quality guidance.
